SMM Specialist

We are on the lookout for a creative and driven SMM Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our company's social media presence on deferent platforms. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting engaging content, strategizing social media plans, and driving audience engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to develop data-driven social media strategies;
• Create and execute monthly content plans for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, encompassing a mix of engaging posts, interactive stories, quizzes, polls, and entertainment content;
• Plan, shoot, and edit captivating reels to enhance brand visibility and connect with the audience;
• Schedule and publish social media posts using advanced social media management tools, ensuring optimal timing for maximum impact;
• Proactively engage with the audience by responding to comments, mentions, and messages, fostering a vibrant online community;
• Identify relevant hashtags and keywords through meticulous research to maximize content visibility and discoverability;
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, generating insightful reports to drive continuous improvement;
• Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a cutting-edge marketing approach.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 year of proven work experience as a SMM specialist or similar role;
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn profiles for businesses;
• Expertise in content creation and storytelling, with a flair for crafting engaging posts, stories, and multimedia content;
• Proven experience in planning, shooting, and editing compelling reels to captivate the audience;
• Knowledge of social media management tools and their application for scheduling and publishing content efficiently;
• Exceptional communication skills to interact with the online community and promptly respond to inquiries and comments;
• Passion for staying updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices;
• Collaborative spirit and ability to work harmoniously with cross-functional teams to achieve collective marketing objectives;
• Proficiency in both English and Russian languages.
